Default The Best Practice Squad in the NFL

The Steelers have the best practice squad in the NFL right now.

From initial thoughts from fans and respected media people watching practices almost daily the verdict on these guys is they can be future players.

Alan Baxter
Brian Arnfelt
Justin Brown
Terrence Garvin
Chris Hubbard
Joe Long

That being the case they were damn lucky to get them all back on the PS.

Yea! of course not winning a single pre season game doesn't exactly support your case.

this is the best PS I can remember seeing. There are a few players on there I think can be starters some day, or very solid contributors.

I really like a lot of the guys they have on the practice squad. I think some of these guys will start some day.

if nothing else, maybe we can win the Practice Squad Bowl this season.

its a great squad if 2 of these guys can land on a 53 man roster and turn it into a 3 year career. Most of these guys will eventually wash out.

Spaeth has been put on IR-designated to return list. Terrence Garvin has been promoted to the 53 man roster and WR Kashif Moore added to the PS

only one i'm not really sold on is justin brown, he doesn't have enough speed for the WR position in the NFL, and that can't be coached. If he doesn't have it now, he won't later. however, we look like we've found a keeper in moye (who i'm glad made the roster)
