What's left of Ernesto has started rolling into Northern Virginia the last couple of hours.
Heavy winds and rain for the rest of the afternoon and night. The last I heard they're calling for 3-6 inches of rain when it's all over. |

I live 25 miles northwest of Philly. It's been raining here most of the day. It's gonna get worse too. They're saying we should get 3 to 6 inches of rain tonight and tomorrow.
