Default Player Development Issues

We seriously have a player development issue. We draft Markus Wheaton and he barely was on the field prior to his injury and I am watching Keenan Alken tearing it up again who was drafted in the same round.

go back to whining about the front office and pretending you play fantasy football.

I have come to the conclusion you don't know jack s*** about player development.

I bet you are a pro at hindsight 20/20 and crying over spilt milk though.

He can't grow up. he's never wrong and that's his contribution to the forums; insults. And he's a mod.

but you did see a 6th round antonio brown tearing it up right ?
and who developed keenan allen ? he'd still be a steeler if not for salary cap reasons.
you don't see what goes on in practice. maybe wheaton makes bone headed mistakes in practice and hasn't earned the coaches confidence...
or maybe he's just not better than AB,sanders, or cotchery...

Uh, Markus Wheaton is behind Cotchery because Cotchery has more experience and is more reliable than Markus is right now.

It's not a developmental issue, it's a we-have-a-better-receiver-right-now issue.

I think it has something to do with the Chargers losing their top 2 WRs for the season and being forced to press Keenan Allen into action.

But that makes too much sense.

Its much more trendy to hate on ever member of the steelers staff down to the waterboy.

After all they are not serving that mighty fine H2O melted from the glacier in Alaska no more.
