Or Foster or Decastro. NFL teams only normally dress 2 backup linemen on gameday. Whimper can play OT or OG, so his versatility normally gets him a hat on gameday.

Whimper could play guard or tackle at my old HS, but I see what you mean. I just hope we are not in the position to use him ever.

I think Beachum will be fine. He got better as the game went on.

More importantly, there were two different ways that the LT has played for the past few weeks when beaten by the DE/OLB:

1) Stand there and let the DE/OLB sack BB.

2) Hold the DE/OLB.

Adams did the first, which will get BB killed. Beachum did the second, which resulted in a 10-yard loss... but, kept BB healthy.

I'll take the second option any day of the week.

Until Beachem holds on an important drive or nullifies a big play. He got lucky vs the Jets.

Start Decastorator at LT, take Suggs out, then swap their positions back. Whats the big deal.

What bigger play is there than keeping BB from a knee injury???

Beachum is better then Adams. Adams is "supposed" to be better, but Beachum looked better in the 2nd half of the Jets game then any of our Tackles have looked at anytime this year. He's intelligent and will improve faster then Adams. This game he will need some help, but he should be fine with some help from Heath and an occasional chip on Suggs from Bell.

Yes I know what your saying, I was for signing Starks the second he was available. We've had this debate on here multiple times in the last month so I'm not trying to start it again, but even those who don't like Starks can't deny that having another Tackle that started for us in 2 SB's would be a benefit right now. It wouldn't be the ideal situation, but it would be better then Whimper at LT. If Beachum gets hurt we're really fucked!
