obviously a catchable ball but he's more of a throw it high and use his height guy than stretch it out horizontally

I'd rather watch a kid play 0.500 ball with clutch passes than have some of our current crop of vets disappear except for a couple possession completions.

On a serious note, I'm relieved he wasn't injured on that play.

I thought he was done on this play; at a minimum an concussion. Then he hopped up and I was like "oh yeah, young people are made out of rubber."

Yeah, the way he came down on his neck had me worried. I'm going to call him Gumby.

I really hope Moye develops into the legitmate redzone threat we so desperately need...with hard work I think it's possible.

Throw in some good red zone blocking and some downhill running by Bell at the goal line.....and maybe 3 touchdowns a game and 25+ points IS possible.

Fingers crossed.
Moye caught a ton of difficult passes in traffic in college. I was thrilled when he made the team. I believe he will develop into one heck of a possession receiver. Even Jerry Rice missed a couple he should have had...don't be too worked up about that one play. Believe me, Moye is no Limus Sweed...he will be fine!

I think he'll be fine.

He just needs reps.

He reminds me of Dobson (Patriots).
Dobson started out like a typical rook who was basically a bundle of nerves.

But I've watched him develop as the season moves on and he's gotten significantly better. He still makes mistakes, but they're farther apart and he knows what they were.

Moye is still at the "Holy-shit-I'm-playing-in-the-NFL" stage, but he made some good plays yesterday and just barely missed that TD toss. I think he knows what to do and all he needs is to keep getting opportunities and he'll progress just as Dobson has.

I like him and I think he'll be a nice counterpoint to Brown and Miller.

Seems to be a tough kid. Gumby is a good nick-name after that catch and twirl.

He'll be fine and will use that key drop to ready himself for the next opportunity.

Isn't this his 3rd year? 1st he's made a roster but his 3rd year! He's in the "I better start catching everything or my ass is done" stage....

Moye was undrafted in 2012 and bounced around from Miami to New Orleans and then here last December. Since he didn't catch his first NFL pass until this year, I'd say he's a rookie for all intents and purposes (even though he's technically a 2nd-year player).
