The return of Steely McBeam. No, not Cowher.

I would also agree Tomlin is fine for 2014, too. If anyone is going to get the axe, I expect it to be Todd Haley, Dick LeBeau, and/or cutting players (shedding salary, poor performance, injuries, etc.).

2014 is a big year for Tomlin. 8-8 in 2012, followed by a likely losing year in 2013, means he will be pressured (or should be) to win. What do you guys think?

I think at this point they'll be looking for progress being made in player development rather than the W-L column.

I don't expect Todd Haley back. The Rooney's don't like personality drama and he's shown a lot of it.

Tomlin should be released. He has not developed players. His drafting prowess sucks. His game planning is poor. His coaching decisions are poor. I see no reason to keep him. If we keep him, expect nothing better than 8-8. He has no motivational skill.

Agreed. Poor signing in the first place. May have looked great on paper since Haley was a HC with experience, but I just don't think his playcalling fits what Pittsburgh wants to do on offense.
