Some people pull for their conferences. I don't. I don't care much for any other team in the Big Ten outside of my Hawks. I hope the Bulldogs murder Nebraska.

I just hate Nebraska. They join the Big Ten and act like they've been in the Big Ten for decades. Big Ten Network was running documentaries showing the history of the Huskers the same damn year they joined when all of that history was with another conference... I was seeing more of the Huskers on BTN than my Hawks. Pissed me off. Add to that the fact that I had random Nebraska fans talking shit to me the year they joined when they saw me wearing my Hawkeye gear, and that's why I hate the Huskers.

Sorry to hear NU fans were talking smack. I don't like it when that happens to me, either. This is the USA, where we have the right to wear whatever team's apparel we want. Any time I see people wearing apparel, jerseys, etc. of teams I don't like, I just keep it to myself, because I believe that is the right course of action.

I wouldn't really call myself a "fan" of NU. I enjoy seeing them do well because they have a great history and football tradition that it is great for college football for Nebraska to be succeeding. But what's happened this year with Pelini and the fact he's lost his composure many times, it kind of POs me. I'd rather have them lose and have him get fired. Let the school start over with a new coach. Maybe they'll hire a guy who isn't a "hot head" and can keep his cool. As for the rivalry, I think it is great for the series that Iowa won this year. They showed Nebraska that the Hawkeyes cannot be taken for granted, and they'll roll over for the Huskers. I think it will force NU to become inspired for next year's contest. That was the first time in 6 meetings Iowa beat Nebraska.
