Talking about cookies sounds way more interesting than talking about firing Tomlin imo

Not only that, but we don't seem to hear this argument as much when we win. This team did a hell of a job pulling itself out of an 0-4 hole. This day just is a kick in the nuts.

I would hope Tomlin gets a few more years to turn things around.
I think he gets two more. If the team shows progress & growth over the next couple years, he'll get another contract. Time. Patience.

I'm not in the "fire Tomlin" camp but its not "a" loss, bro. It's a second straight season of way underperforming for the talent we have. Before you cry "injuries".they are part of the NFL, every team deals with them and our coach tells us, "The standard is the standard." Unfortunately, it appears the standard has been lowered. We have to perform better than this. A home loss to a mediocre team with the season on the line is simply not an acceptable standard.

I'd be on board to get rid of Tomlin but

1. The Rooneys aren't known to hand out pink slips too often
2. Who would replace Tomlin?

Okay. Let's do it. She's making oatmeal raisin. I HATED oatmeal raisin as a kid. Now, they're my favorite. Weird huh?

She and my daughter are doing a cookie exchange on Wednesday. Don't know exactly what that means, but what I do know is that she'll be coming home with DOZENS of homemade cookies! SCORE!!!!

You're right. This IS much more interesting.

Okay, your turn.

This is what I worry about honestly. I think Tomlin is an average coach at best most of the time but it isn't like there are tons of great coaching options. I am typically for in house moves myself but I don't know enough about these people to make an informed decision.

Wisenhunt is available and maybe Cowher would come back for the right price
