Does anyone have a video or a gif of the play? I'd like to see it again to see if it was actually a fumble or not...

I don't remember them showing a replay

A few thoughts:

They could have ruled the play dead as the runner appears to lose his helmet. But when/at what spot?

They could have ruled it 'down by contact' since he's clearly touched, but can't get down to the ground as he's on top of his own player.

They could have ruled the play dead at the 29 1/2 before the scrum pushed the runner forward the extra yard 1/2.

Of course, they did none of these things, then over ruled a clear strip/return TD because...?

Seriously, there are like three or four different reviewable things about that play. Was the runner down before he passed the LOS? Was he down (or his helmet come off) before he was stripped? Was his progress stopped prior to being 'pushed' forward by the pack?

smh

Too bad this was not made real time so as to get a better look at it, at first I thought that's the game.

When it happened I was whooping like some form of monkey.

I died a little inside today.
