so not addressing the teams multiple issues on defense is not a problem with your wr wanters? woods and mcclendon are not nose tackles! clark is gone and troy may be cut! woodley will be cut! ike may be cut! hood and keisel may be gone! there is definate need on the defensive side of the ball! i seriously dont care if they go nt or corner or saftey in the 1st rd....but it has to be defense!

Marqise Lee will be on the board at #15. He's better than Santonio Holmes was when he came out of college. Think Antonio Brown but a little bigger, a little faster and even better hands.

If he's on the board...you pick him.

If he's not...then you go with someone on the defensive side and you pick a wide out in the second round.

As much as I like Nix... Gay Dix makes for a nice T-shirt.

as much as i would like a shiney new reciever...i just cant agree with you! way too many defensive issues! you can get Jared Abbrederis from wisconsin at 2nd or 3rd or devin street from pitt at 3rd or 4th! i am a firm believer in wr's in late rd's!

Ed Reynolds out of Stanford in the second round. Played safety for one of the best defenses in one of the best passing conferences in the country. (Oregon, Oregon State, UCLA,

You can target Lee in the first.

Target Reynolds in the second or third.

Woodley is back next year at linebacker right? As much as I hate to admit it, Larry Foote will be back and would be an improvement at middle linebacker over everyone not named Timmons right?

Ryan Clark will be gone.

Ed Reynolds could probably start day 1 if Troy is maintained.

Aaron Smith was the best defensive lineman the Steelers have had for the past 15 years. he wasn't an early round pick.

Again..Ben needs as many options as possible when he's throwing the ball.

My preferences (like it matters): Mike Evans, Louis Nix, Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Darqueze Dennard, Kalil Mack, Justin Gilbert, Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, Eric Ebron, or Austin Seferian-Jenkins. Of those, I think the only ones that I think would be starters on day one are Evans or Nix. We all know that rookie linebackers and secondary personnel are typically relegated to special teams and minimum exposure on defense during their rookie seasons, and as long as Heath is healthy and on this team, none of those rookie tight ends will supplant him, but probably will get some significant playing time during their rookie season.
