Ed Bouchette, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, reports Pittsburgh Steelers WR Hines Ward (hamstring) practiced Sunday, Sept. 3. Head coach Bill Cowher said, "Hines got through the whole practice and seemed pretty good at the end. He's good and ready to go."

I'd like to say something to the dolphin fans right now....Dont get crazy. Regardless of this games outcome your traditional december swoon is just 4 short months away. I hope we ****in' kick your teeth in Thursday night.

The frown was for the second part of my post.....to the dolphin fans. I'm starting to get very very very very angry at them and the crap that i've heard from their fans since last night. My mind and hatred for the opposing team is in midseason form..........The power of the darkside will overwhelm this opposing team. It is unavoidable...it is the dolphins destiny.

Well, they are being overhyped by the media machine. It seems the media (ESPN and SI in particular) pick one team a year and completely pimp the hell out of them. They pick up Culpepper and all of a sudden they are now Super Bowl contenders. It's amusing to watch though.

While I feel they will be a better team, they are being overhyped to a degree in which I find completely comical. It's all good. Let them come in Heinz with that "we are picked to go all the way" type of attitude. Troy and Porter will bring them down to earth.

It's just smack talk. A few Fins fans posted here last night to wish the team well in Ben's absence which I think is very classy.

Hines is back, the D is healthy overall, Willie is ready to create huge dirt storms and leave the Fins D with the "O" faces and everyone else is going to step it up in this game. That's the Pittsburgh Steelers way.

When one goes down, the rest of the team rallies and brings their "A" game. This game will have even more incentive - this one's for Ben.

I wouldn`t let Hines play yet. He`ll do us No Good if the hammy isn`t properly nursed. This could be an ongoing injury the netire season. especially when its cold out. This will ba a great learning experience for Washington, and Holmes. Besides right now Batch has probably had more practice time with Holmes and Washington.
