unfortunately we have no cap money to sign any free agents, let alone a FA like Eric Decker who is going to command a big contract.

Is there a tall one in there, I am not familiar with most of the, other than the top ones which we can not afford, but lower down the list maybe we could pick a Cotchery type (along with retaining Cotchery) of solid player for not much for a good EZ target?

riley cooper is a big wr! 6'3" 222lbs! he was a solid #2 for the eagles! he had his coming out party this year! would be awesome pick up if it can be done on the cheap!

Sounds good to me if we could, that would allow us to not worry about drafting a big WR and we can focus on drafting other needs, leaves us the possibility of drafting a LB in the first 4 picks instead of a WR. I think we could probably afford 3x his current salary after all the cuts and shuffling.
