Have you been talking to any of my friends?

Your description of "said person" is eerily familiar.

I used to think Kenny Britt was going to be like a Terrell Owens. Unfortunately the drama is like Owens not the production. He could be worth a gamble. I personally don't like Sanders to compliment Brown. He is more of a back up to Brown. Similar skill set but not as good. If Britt is healthy he could be a bargain for a 1 year contract to prove himself. Its not like he deserves a raise, coming off a bad year.

Probably could save money by drafting another 6th round gem.

I think we should see what Josh Cribs wants. I always was nervous when he was returning a punt or kickoff against us when in Cleveland, and while I love it when #84 returns a punt for us, if he got hurt it would be very bad for us. Also draft a WR 2nd or 3rd round - after we draft a DB #1.

Jeremy Maclin is a very good player. I know he's coming off of a major injury, but this guy is like a younger, faster, more athletic Cotchery. He is willing to do all the dirty work, and is a very tough guy.

I think the Steelers would only sign a free agent if Cotchery is not resigned. If so, and they could get him for multiple years at a good price, Maclin is a guy I like a lot.

Golden Tate would be nice. He has put together some ok seasons in Seattle but doesn't have gawdy numbers or the ridiculous athleticism that would command top dollar as a FA.

At this point in his career? Any sort of NFL paycheck would suffice. He's done.

I think Cotchery is well worth the money spent and he's clearly outplaying his contract; especially as a redzone target. However, I only like him as a #3. I don't want him lining up against a #2 corner. He's like Hines in his final two years.

You guys know the Steeler way. Sit back and do nothing in free agency and talk about how wise it is to do nothing in free agency.
