Default Draft Simulator

Found this on another site ... figured I could share with you guys

http://fanspeak.com/ontheclock/

Here is my 1st try , Went in a little different direction

15
DE STEPHON TUITT
NOTRE DAME
46
TE AUSTIN SEFERIAN-JENKINS
WASHINGTON
114
CB PIERRE DESIR
LINDENWOOD
145
TE C.J. FIEDOROWICZ
IOWA
176
OT BILLY TURNER
NORTH DAKOTA STATE
207
S MARQUESTON HUFF
WYOMING

I did not plan on doubling up on TEs ... but I couldn't watch CJ Drop any further ... and a Seferian Jenkins and CJ TEs of the Future would be a great combo , Both are good blocking and both are real good Red Zone Threats... Imagine having 3 Heath millers on the field with Bell Running/Catching and Brown split Wide ... Force Teams to play their Base Defense and that TE combo would kill LB and Safeties , or play Nickle and Dime , and the TEs would block for Bell

Also check out http://www.first-pick.com/. We used it last year and had a lot of fun.

R1
DT LOUIS NIX III
NOTRE DAME

R2
S DEONE BUCANNON
WASHINGTON STATE

R4
TE C.J. FIEDOROWICZ
IOWA

R5
RB DE’ANTHONY THOMAS
OREGON

R6
OLB PRINCE SHEMBO
NOTRE DAME

R7
OG ZACH FULTON
TENNESSEE

And, at the comp pick, I would have gotten

R3 (COMP)
ILB YALIN SMALLWOOD
CONNECTICUT

I didn't end up with a CB (most of them went early R2). But, I got my two favorite players (Nix & Bucannon), plus depth at both linebacker spots, an interior lineman, a TE, and a return specialist.

Only thing with this one you can abuse the trading system , unless they fixed that I haven't tried it this year

Dennard and Ifo both seem to go high which is a nightmare for me

I find it interesting that the notre dame tackle Zach martin (I believe his name is) falls to the 2nd ... He could be hard to pass up in the 2nd , a LG with some nastiness would improve the run game...and foster would be an excellent back up

that would be nice to add to what has become a strength of the team. I'd be all for strengthening that O-line. Foster would make an excellent back-up!

I think we could of all bet you'd go nix & Buchannan lol

Not exactly the route I would take , but I wouldn't be disappointed

while i like austin in theory.. im not sure we can afford to take another drunk skunk from washington so early in the draft.

ROUND 1: Mike Evans

Round 2:Best Safety

Round 3: the shyt stains draft...

what rounds are Smith and Joyner from FSU suppose to go in? both solid football players. seems like Smith is always all over the field

Round 1 Pick 15: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M (A)
Round 2 Pick 15: Bradley Roby, CB, Ohio State (B)
Round 4 Pick 15: Antone Exum, CB, Virginia Tech (C-)
Round 5 Pick 15: Daniel McCullers, DT, Tennessee (A)
Round 6 Pick 15: De'Anthony Thomas, RB, Oregon (C-)
Round 7 Pick 15: Logan Thomas, QB, Virginia Tech (C)

Nix, Watkins, and Clinton-Dix were all off the board in round one so it came down to Evans or Mosley for me and I went with Evans. I don't like Bradley Roby much but I couldn't pass on him in Round 2. De'Anthony Thomas will probably go about 100 picks earlier than he did in this draft so I had to take him too. I threw in my homer picks with Exum and Thomas, Exum is a realistic pick for us but we'd probably only take Thomas to convert him to TE (although I'd take him over Landry Jones as our backup any day). Overall I like this but our comp pick will change the complexion of a lot of these mocks when we find out what it is.
