Default Harbargh slightly over the white line...

All the fuss with Tomlin, then the Dolphin's coach the following week, and yesterday Harbargh just maybe a tad over the line.

Lol - coaches will be coaches.

Sure Goodall will find a way to blame Tomlin for this.

Really though, Harbaugh was flagged; so, Goodell won't get involved.

If Tomlin had been flagged, then there wouldn't be any problem. But, because the referees missed the call, Goodell punished the referees by taking a pick away from the Steelers.

I know: the logic is infallible.

The play wasn't on either. Not really the same thing.

In a related note, have any of you guys seen Rich Eisen's Twitter picture with Tomlin on the field for his 40? Its funny.

Soo... What draft pick will Goodhell take away from the 49ers for this?

I know - for a moment I wanted to take that damn pen hanging from his neck and poke him in the eye with it

really though - he is a good coach - 49ers fans should be ecstatic for what he brought back to the bay

he reminds me of a young Bill Cowher with his sideline antics - although he looks way more whiney doing it - he needs to grow some facial hair then it wouldn't be as annoying

These instances aren't comparable...

Tomlin had a foot in the field of play during a live play
Harbaugh ran out well after the play was over

all the analysts are saying how the flag was a "dead ball" foul, which is true.

he was flagged for running from his position pictured, halfway onto the field to dress down an official and scream at him.

he should have initially been flagged for entering the field of play during a play to get a better vantage point of a ball that was thrown into the corner of an endzone (a corner no coach or player can see, standing midfield, from behind the white stripes).

the point being is that EVERY coach does this to see what is going on, OR they stare at the jumbotron and get blasted by the fans for a "blank look staring off into space" or "1000 yd stare".
