Default The NEW Steeler OL

I was just watching some videos from this year's OTAs and noticed how our OL is "Shaping " up. What is notable is the missing "Millwaukee Tumors" sported by guys like Colon, Starks, & Kemoautu, and replaced by more svelte physiques of DeCastro, Pouncey, and the new draft pick, Johnson. The only major league gut leftover seems to belong to Foster, but he's kind of barrel chested, so he hides it better.

A new trend, or did Coach Giemont finally come to the conclusion that linemen in better shape are healthier, and tend to play more games?

Man, really high hopes for this bunch, I am very anxious to see what Munchak does, other than the Peezy hire, Munchak was the best off-season move. And what makes me more excited is the fact that Munchak obviously saw something that intrigued him in signing with the Steelers!!!!

I agree Munchak was the best move for the OL this offseason. Looks like a lot of great college talent with little NFL experience and coaching. A coach like Munch could make a real significant difference here. These guys are young and talented football players. Now coach them up to be an elite NFL unit.

I think he's coming up for air because the guy there next to him just farted on him. That's a farting position if there ever was one.
