With all due respect, what in the world do you base this on? That just makes no sense.

Football is not golf.
Fair enough.

But the thread is about Ben vs. Brady, not the Steelers vs. other teams.

Because I think Brady is a better QB. Most people who are not Steeler fans would agree. Ben is a great QB but my opinion is that Brady is top 5 all time. Your blinded like most fans and will always pick a playet who plays for your team over a rival team and that is just biased.

The/An argument could be made that the renowned Pats O fails to get the job done when they lose whereas the mighty Steelers D blows it when they do.

Merely an observation.

I wouldn't be shocked if Tom Brady's #sacked goes up in losses, too. As every knowledgeable fan knows, BR7 hasn't had a decent OL since Faneca left in 2006. So another case could be made that BR7 doesn't 'crumble under pressure'.

Again though, merely an observation (and one beyond simple YD/TD stats).
In a post before last season started, I posted the playoff scoring averages of the teams of the great quarterbacks in the NFL over the course of their careers. The Steelers have averaged more points per playoff game since Brady became quarterback of the Patriots. His offense has been statistically better basically every year, and averaged more points per game during the regular season. Yet with all that, the Steelers offense has scored more points per game in the playoffs than the Patriots have with Brady.

It's the reason guys like NSMaster56 and myself get pissed off when people run their mouths about things they don't know. Many here just spout things as fact when they are completely wrong, and there is statistical proof otherwise.

Based on the opinions of those that think Brady is the greatest quarterback of all time, or close to it, the Patriots should average far more points in the playoffs with Brady than the Steelers do with Ben, but that isn't the case. His team's offenses have been ranked near the top of the NFL for much of his career, and higher than the Steelers offense for basically his whole career. Why can't he lead his team to more points in the playoffs with the far better offense? He's the GOAT, or at least a top 5 quarterback ever......right?

C'mon guys, show us we're wrong, and also answer how it's possible for a quarterback to be that historically great, but can't produce more points in the playoffs than our quarterback does with inferior offensive teams.

That's why it is called an opinion. Are you having trouble with the term? I wasn't putting him down for giving his opinion.

Everybody else? Are you saying everyone, but myself?

So many fans aren't homers?

blinded? There are a lot of posters on here who have had really good reasons for taking Ben over Brady. I think saying somebody's blinded or being a homer is going a bit far, and not necessary for this thread.

Just because some people can't understand why somebody else would pick Ben over Brady is no reason to start calling people names.

I don't need to answer your questions, you didn't even ask a serious question, they were all rhetorical. If you don't want to be called an asshole, then don't be one.
