In terms of size + skill? Probably the best. Which sounds crazy since it was the Cardinals and all, but as you say Fitz and Boldin were in their primes.

Other corps were great (Rice+Taylor+Jones, Irvin+Harper+Novacek, Smith+McCaffrey+Sharpe, Carter+Moss/Bruce+Holt/Harrison+Wayne...), but on a sheer 'translatable across eras/systems' level, who's beating two 6+ foot-200+ lb receivers in their prime?

They're definitely up there. Fitz was an unstoppable force of nature, and boldin was good enough to be a #1 for any team (except the cardinals or lions). Breaston was also money before he had one too many knee injuries.

Thing that made that trio scary though, was the #2 receiver was also one of the best in the NFL and woulda been the #1 for most teams. Can't say the same for harper or taylor despite them being very good #2's.

Got a lot of players I like to watch and don't like to watch. As the list is very long. But will tell you, Richard Sherman made my not like list after NFC Championship Game. Really the guy is a douchebag!
