Yes thank god! If we drafted another OL in the first few rounds again this year instead of defense help, I was gonna kill somebody!!! Coach the high draft pick Olinemen we have and work on the real weaknesses of this team.....THE DEFENSE!!! Time to get our "Nasty" back! Seattle having the #1 D just dosent sit well with me! Enough is enough already!!!

I thought Gilbert improved as the season went along. I'm no expert, but by the end it seemed he was getting beat more because he thought he had help and didn't, rather than just plain getting beat.

Find guys in later rounds (or undrafted) who can be plugged in.

If anyone can do it, it's Munchak.
I dont think we've wasted any top picks on OL recently. All of the picks were necessary. But as Teegre said, we should have the guy that can properly develop them and, hopefully, take this offense to new heights.

Oh teeg... Last season you predicted "undefeated from here on out" every week steelers would loose."

I love your optimism though.

But tbh the talent on this offensive line could become the best in the NFL....

Adams has TONS of potential to be a great LT but needs a great teacher(munchak)

Beachum is looked like a very good LT but the thought of him moving to LG makes me excited.

Pouncey was one of the best center's in the game and now that he has talent around him he'll be even better.

DD imo is already one of the top guards in the game and should have been a pro bowler this year(he'll be next year)

and Gilbert is well he's inconsistent at times but played well this year and just like Adams he needs a great teacher.

can the rooneys just sign munchack to a 10+ year, one billion dollar contract to ensure he retires a steeler?

I do indeed find many a silver lining.

Really though, BLACK_AND_YELLOW said it best.

Man, you guys are seeing a lot of things in Mike Adams that I'm not. I see a guy that has a slow first step and the inability to use his arms effectively. When tasked against the better pass rushers in the league, Adams becomes a revolving door.

I guess everyone is hoping Munch can work on his hands and it shouldnt be too difficult to get a quicker first step with the proper training (QR drills, lunges, etc).
