Hines Ward.

But, yes, he & Ward are who you'd want any player to emulate.

Yeah good point. I miss Hines being out there.

So does BB.

Really though, he's one of my all-time favorite players. I'd play with ten Wards... I wouldn't even need an eleventh starter.

I really like the group of WRs we have, and I hope we manage to keep them together for 2014. Too many needs on the other side of the ball to worry about something as hit-or-miss as a WR.

Does anybody else believe that the QB snobs who use terms like "refining his craft" when speaking ill of Ben deserve to get punched in the dick?

that was a guy you could go to battle with.
Didn't the Seahawks seem to have that personality. I hope we can bring back a more physical style and re instill fear in our opponents.

I actually think it's a good thing to say about somebody, but the context definitely matters.

Hines Ward can only be measured in "Wards". Hines Ward equals one "Ward". Everybody else has work to do.

As far as BB working out with these receivers, my first-ever post on this site was about continuity & timing. Brady is good with his receivers, because the work & work & work on their routes... which helps their timing.

Likewise, Peyton Manning once said that he could have thrown to Marvin Harrison with his eyes closed (because Manning knew EXACTLY where Harrison was going to be at any moment on any play). Steve Young has said the same thing about Jerry Rice.

Now I know that Harrison & Rice are HOFers, but the point is still the same: BB developing timing with these young receivers will help the offense tremendously.
Bingo! Brady struggled mightily when he was relying on a pair of rookie wide receivers early in the year.
