The Cleveland Brownstains are going to have a boatload of money to spend in free agency. They'll probably blow it, but still...

I said this a few weeks ago, but this tops it. I've never agreed with a statement more than that one.

It's not after Mack and Barr for immediate, day one starting caliber players. There's depth for players that have a year or two away from being starters in the NFL (Anthony Johnson springs to mind). All of that said, Dion Jordan just became available and I'd give up picks for him. A 2014 2nd and 2015 3rd + 7th would get him. Last year I gushed over him and I still am. Jarvis/Dion would make a one two punch for this team at OLB.

Blue chippers: two.

But, there are always guys like Joey Porter, who lack "polish." Trent Murphy doesn't have R1 speed... but, I dare anyone to find a bigger defensive playmaker in this draft (not named Clowney).

Something to keep an eye on:

Where Mack signs and for how much should determine the price for Pouncey.

My guess is 5 year, 43.5 million for Pouncey. 8 750 000/year would make him the highest paid Center in the league.

Well, with the cap (finally) skyrocketing, that would be my guess.

That would mean he had a damn good 2014 (which I don't think anyone would mind). But right now I think he could be had for a little less, especially coming off the injury. Somewhere between 6 and 7/year, barring the Mack deal of course.
