Default Have we just watched the last game of the great Peyton Manning?

Just finished watching the Denver playoff game with the Colts. Just as we all are watching the great Troy Polomolu go downhill it seems the great Peyton Manning is quickly following. I wouldn't be surprised if this was his last game. His arm appears shot. It reminds me a lot of watching the end of Terry Bradshaw. It was tuff to watch. Peyton can't throw the deep ball anymore.

Manning has had a great career but his skills have deminished enough that he's not capable anymore, it happens to a lot of great players and it appears to have happened to Peyton

definitely one of the all time greats, I was surprised he didn't hang it up after last year though.

His arm has deteriorated to a point where it's painful to try and watch him throw in the fourth Quarter. Bear in mind, this was after he had a bye week.

The Broncos tried to make up for Peyton's laughably bad arm strength by building a stout defense around him, but when that defense failed, the team crumbled.

Yeah, he missed Manny badly on several throws that I saw. Oh well, it is what it is. Jug Head Manning.

I texted my buddies in the 3rd quarter that it looked like Manning aged 5 years during the course of this season. Towards the end he just had nothing left. It didn't look like he could even get the ball more than 10 yards down the field with anything on it.
I'd like to see him come back one more year, just because the Broncos are coming to Pitt next year.
