My college towmhome was 2000+ sq feet and I was paying 475 a month.

Sorry, my post was not a shot at your post or anything. I was just adding to your post.
I agree with you. It is small per floor. Even looks small in the pictures. Looks like it has no yard or property. As it looks like it is in a city like area.

I think when he didn't get his "Big Payday" when his rookie contract came up, which made it extremely unlikely he would ever get one, he made an executive value decision that it wasn't worth it. How can you blame him fro that. After all, it is his health, and frankly, he doesn't owe anybody anything anyway.

As a runner, oddly enough, I think he would do really well in Haley's offense, especially running the outside zone.

BTW, I still have a Mendenhall jersey for sale. Hardly worn, in almost new condition, in case anybody is interested.

It's in SoCal. And, that is cheap.

Near the beach, 1800 sq ft, three stories... that'd easily be $4 million in certain areas (up to $27 million in Del Mar).

The fact that it's a townhouse tells me: a) it's cheaper, because it's not a detached home, and b) the lot size is probably not much more than the 1800 sq ft (i.e. no yard, and maybe a small patio).
