Default Is Santonio a Starter?

He's on my fantasy team, and I read that they weren't starting him, only to see him playing early last night. Is this going to be like a permanent thing?

Yeah, he's definetly not, YET! I think he will be, but he needs to get acclimated to the NFL first (he had a brain fart on that punt return) you can't have those types of breakdowns in a starting role.
