If he seriously thinks he is going to contend for a starting job anywhere - he needs to check his ego. He actually could serve as a #2 H-back and a #3 TE, in addition to being a #2 QB. He is absolutely someone I wouldn't mind having in red zone situations and in 3rd and short. Even as a guy that would help get our defense ready.

It sure would beat one of our other backups - at least the guy brings more to the table - not even saying he has to be used as a weapon X at all, but, the Steelers could do worse

not happening though
Why does everybody always think Tebow could play H-Back or tight end? The skillset for either of those positions has little or nothing in common with playing QB.

He may be a HoF tight end in the rough-- but what was it he has shown us on the football field that makes people think he could play either position?

To suggest that a guy (who was lackluster at his native position to begin with) can come in and just suddenly morph into a tight end or H-back must really offend some players. Can Tebow block? Can he catch a pass?

if I were Heath Miller-- I would fart in Tebow's general direction or anybody who suggests he could just waltz over to the tight end group and be accepted or be able to perform.

NOTE: No hate for Steelfury02-- I generally always like your posts! I just get sick of the Tebow hype-machine.

I'm not crazy about our back QB's either, but I think we are stuck with them this year...

Jones didn't look TOO bad IMO. I gotta re-watch the game but on the last drive he stayed in the pocket under presser and made good throws but the WRs dropped(Moye, Bryant) & fumbled(Bryant) the ball

we always struggled against bad teams. the standard is the standard i guess, we aren't safe from any sub .500 teams

or the worst quarterback in the history of the NFL (tebow)

You guys talking about signing tebow.
I would've taken Rex grossman before tebow. He was signed recently though

Cousins is outplaying RG3. Landry Jones is practice squad eligible.

The last time two QB's from the same team got hurt and forced the 3rd QB to play was 40 years ago according to Ed's blog.
