Default What Happened To Prime Time on ESPN?

That was the greatest show on TV -- now they are calling it NFL Blitz or something like that and it's folded in with Sportscenter, so you see highlights from a couple games and then golf highlights from the LPGA and then out back again to NFL Blitz and then bass fishing highlights etc -- everybody I've talked to is dumbfounded by it -- where's the outrage? - How could ESPN screw up their highest rated show for the past 20 years?

PrimeTime got bumped off by the NBC Sunday night pregame show.

The NFL (which still runs its own highlights show opposite the NBC pregame on NFL Network) ordered ESPN to dump PrimeTime as a condition of ESPN getting the Monday night game.

I miss it too - I have been watching it since Berman and Jackson started the show in 1987.
