Default Two Minutes To Go...........

The score is tied and a playcall for a Hail Mary has been sent in by the coach. Who do you want to pass the football and to whom?

A Hail Mary is a desperation play where the ball is thrown up for grabs. It is more likely to end in an interception than a reception. Any coach who would call this in a tie game with two minutes left should be fired on the spot.

If you're interested in winning the game, you want a qb who can remain cool under pressure, manage the clock, avoid the turnover, and make smart decisions as he moves the team into FG range. Obviously, Brady is the #1 guy (of all QBs currently playing) in this situation...especially when he has Adam Vinatieri warming up on the sidelines.

I'd go with Culpepper to get it there from anywhere, and Moss to outreach anyone. Yeah its a chance but I like the chances with those two.

I think we all know what a Hail Mary is and that it is a desperation call. The definition was not asked for, what was asked was, should this situation come up, which qb in the NFL would you choose to throw the ball and which receiver would be your favorite to catch the ball..

This can be any QB or Wr on ANY team or the qb and receiver from completely different teams

I don't know about catching it, but I'd want Favre to be throwing the ball.

Talking Re: Two Minutes To Go...........

If it was the Patriots in this sorry position I would want Peyton Manning throwing the ball - and Rodney harrison or Ty Law catching the ball.
I would like Peyton to be wearing his Colts uniform as this combination has worked for us well in the past....

Regards

As much as I dislike Moss, he would be on the receiving end. And why not Daunte launching it? He can air it out with the best of them.

As for players from the past. Bradshaw or Elway winging it. And another dis favorite of mine Michael Irvin, this guy had huge hands, and he was strong , you just knew he was coming down with it
