He has the potential to be good, but not great. Maybe down inside the 20 yard line he may become valuable with his leaping ability.

Gibson will have a chance immediately to fight for some pretty significant playing time considering the top 3 WR's he'll be behind on the depth chart. If he can pull it together in camp and strut his stuff, he could end up w/ that 4th WR position and wrestle it away from Cobb or Mays.
