Good,don't want or need Law.He was so important to that Patriots defensive backfield that his loss didn't affect the team at all.

I don't think we have the money for Boulware........Law would have been nice but his agent is Carl Potson,the Lie-Downs are gonna OVER-PAY for his services......

My concern with signing Law was that guys like McFadden, Colclough, and Taylor get pushed down a notch on the depth chart. A healthy Law is probably better than any of those guys (at this point). But those three guys also have the potential to be the future for the Steelers. Law would have signed a one year deal with us and that was it. We didn't have the money available and that's what Law and the Postons were after all along.

It'll be interesting to see the breakdown of the contract. Whether Law is healthy or not, the Lions appear to be on the way up IMO. Harrington has to improve as far as his consistency goes (TDs v. INTs) but if he gets it together, they could be a team to challenge Philly in the NFC.

Im not sure I'd see getting boulware either really. 4 quality starters and some good rookies and young talent waiting in the wings. I know cowher likes to have a good stable of LB, RB's, etc, at his disposal but Im sure we'd go after breaking the bank on boulware w/ still needing to ink ward, the rest of our draft picks, and FA we have coming up next year.

but u never know.

At least the Ty Law saga will be over. Early off season I was really excited and interested in the chance of signing Ty. then came the draft, and I still was thinking that we could use him. Now the reports out of Pittsburgh about McFadden. I really want to see this guy play.
