Here is what I don't get...
People... We do not sit in the locker room. We do not sit in the RB sessions. We have NO IDEA how much Staley contributed to the team. Here is what we DO KNOW... 1. Staley kept his mouth shut when Jerome was running last year. Any other team, Staley would have challenged Jerome. Not the Steelers, but Staley was quite. Thank you Staley. 2. Staley spent time with Willy, helping him mature as a running back. 3. Staley was injured, and never himself after that. As a result, we should just say, okay Bill, you saw things we didn't. thank you staley. Good luck. And thank goodness he is gone. |
