Miami, Fla hires Randy Shannon

Ok...now that that is done and over with..
I love the choice... he has been a great coach for our defense for the past 8 years or so and he has done a great job at it. Miami always has had a great defense under him and I look very much forward to seeing what the Canes can do.
My question to everyone is... What would you like for him to do first as far as what should he do different than Coker did with the talent that we have in place there already?
I would love to see Shannon come in and first and foremost get some stability back on our reputation there at the school. Then I would love to see the power running game come to Miami and with that and the stingy defense that they usually always have would be very tough to beat for years to come...
