Could you please tell me where can I see reasons for my rep improve? I saw that I have 10 rep at the moment and I wanted to see who gave it to me and what was the reason... Could you please tell me where can I find this info?

See that long greyish line near the top of the page?? Click on User CP and you'll see the list of the post you got rep points for and who gave them to you.

1. First of all what do they do

2. when i go to see who gave it to me i'll i can see is my lastest repution point recived i cant see all of them

It should appear between the date and the comment. If it doesn't, then it potentially is because of what level you are.

Everybody starts on 10 reputation points - so don't worry if you can't see who donated.

Rep points don't actually do anything - their function is just to allow you to compliment someones post - and save you the trouble of writing 'good post' all the time.

I'll give you all a bump - so hopefully you can see that new rep in your User CP (User Control Panel)

If you get enough of them Hometowngal will buy you a new car. Or is it season tickets i forget but I think it was like 1000 rep points and you can trade them in for like a free beer mug or a tee shirt.
