Excellent Play-By-Email NFL game
I'm currently playing an excellent play-by-email game where you run your own NFL team called Gameplan. If you're interested in coaching your own team, building your roster and writing your own playbook to challenge your opponents with, it's definitely worth checking out..and in the league I'm playing in (NFLC) the Steelers team is currently available ;)

BTW, if anybody is interested in taking over the Steelers in this league, you need to email the GM Danny McConnell (contact details can be found on the Ab Initio Games website), and ask him to take over the Jaguars and move them from Jacksonville to Pittsburgh.
