their 2 sb losses gave the young dallas team all the confidence in the world to know they could beat them. many fortunes couldve been changed if the bills pulled out that 1st one.

the bills are definitely champions in my eyes.

I agree Tone,.... that Bills team was the best of their '90's era units' IMO. (Though i think Bo being out of that game is what made it so 'lopsided') LOL

Lol, I knew someone would bring that up. I happen to agree with you, though.

yeah who did they start instead of Bo? was it that Napolean guy or was Marcus still playing for them? - anyway, Bo would have shortened the game for sure, but the Bills were pretty high octane that year...

Just to set the record straight... the Raiders WON Superbowl XV. They were the first wild card team to ever win a Superbowl. Raiders 27 - Eagles 10.

If I recall correctly, that game was in 1990 and it was Marcus Allen. Neither Napolean Harris, nor Napolean Kaufman played for us untill later.

I thought the "Air Coryell" Chargers of the late '70s/early '80s were pretty good.

I usually never bet, but that year I think all of my friends had a man crush on Vermeil - so I put down - all told 150.00 on the Raiders - five different people (monster bet for a high school kid)- they even gave me the points! - one of our teachers held the cash in his desk - what a great Monday that was...

Me too. Perhaps why you hear whispers to abolish field goals from the NFL. What's the difference between the Bills and the Pats?

One leg of lamb vs. One leg of gold (actually more expensive than gold)
