Weird and wonderful story - where's all that water going?

The battle to control the world clean water supply will someday overtake the battle for oil. But I doubt Jack is thinking that far ahead.
But the 'street value' of 1.7 million gallons of water exceeds $2 million at the corner market. That's one helluva investment. I doubt he's bottling it though. My guess is that he is building a lake to raise fish... And building a depository for underachieving Jaguars. My question is why are they charging so little for something so precious? |
