If he made it when he was drunk then he could legally get out of it. I wonder if the judge will allow it.

I don't think a bet is legally binding, so if he actually wanted to, he could get out of it.

When did it say the guy was getting his name changed. And I don't really think he cares if it's legally binding or not. But I guess if he signed actual papers saying he would then it would be, but I dont think he did.
