Default Backup OL needs some work...

Batch just did not look good at all. Gimme Ben, Tommy & BSP as our 3. Brian looked really good during his stint in the game. Got into a good rythmn over all too.

But our backup offense line just could not get any continuity going at running the ball in the 2nd half. they showed some flashes but overall, u could definatley tell its the first game of preseason for the 2nd string OL.

Gibson showed some flashes of brilliance, and that block he had was unreal !!!

Herron looked good as well, alot of good power running.

I agree Batch didn't look all that great. I liked that little spin move Gibson did for a first down I think it was. Also I liked that big block he layed on that guy.

I flat out loved the game, we killed the Eagle through most of the game. yea that Gibson block was wild, he layed that man out! And I loved that drive with Herron. What got me was the first 12 seconds we got a pick and a touchdown!

Yeah dude, he stopped him dead in his tracks !! Perfect technique ! He had a good game, and w/ fierce competition in our secondary, he and coc both stepped up big time.

I love our RB's. We mixed it up with speed, power, and plain talent! Can't wait for Staley to return, I have been waiting for this guy to get out there since we signed him!

I agree, Willie had a pretty decent game, but the blocking was hurrendous.

Second string OL was really bad, but I kinda expected that....

Gibson looked good and it was nice to hear he is catching on in camp. Did you read where Cowher was quoted as saying Heath Miller has had a "perfect" camp, and has not missed an assignment. He looked good last night.... he made a pretty tough catch, but I was most impressed with his blocking.

Plax would have never even thought of laying that player out like gibson did.
