I feel good about that first comment. Hopefully he will let Troy be Troy and not force him into a role.

The second comment......hmmmmmm. It doesn't make me nervous, but he leaves open the door for some big changes on the defensive personnel.

Do you think with that last comment there ("constant evolution") could mean were closer towards the 3-4 4-3 hybrid defence?

I say bring on the hybrid options! We were stagnant last year, so new might be better. He is a thinker. You can bet that his choices will be based on imput from those who should know, care and are involved.

I like him more and more.

I am not sure about that. When we are constantly getting BOMBED from above... making us in the last third of the NFL in defense against the pass, I think we need to change something up. Sure we were tops against the run. But why should any team run on us when they can just pass?
