This is absolutely the best!
5 Bean Chile 1# hot sausage 1# sweet sausage 5 cans of beans ( green, wax, chick peas, kidney, lima, butter, baked ) use can use any variety just mix em up 1can tomato soup 1can tomato paste 1T brown mustard 1/2 t chili powder 1/2 cup brown sugar 1cup diced onion 1/2 cup diced green pepper Brown sausage onions and peppers in large dutch oven or soup pot, breaking up sausage. Add all other ingredients. DO NOT DRAIN ANY OF THE BEANS. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy! I especially like to serve garlic bread with this. |
