Default Texans matching Lions in FO stupidity.

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/200....ap/index.html

Passing on Vince Young and Reggie Bush in last year's draft, now this.

Carr is made the scapegoat for the Texans' inability to build a decent O-Line, and franchise leading rusher Domanick Williams(Davis) is cut after ONE season on injury reserve.

Carr's lack of success I believe was to do with the system he was in and the lack of talent around him. Put him in a system like Seattle, New England or Indy where the foundations around him are strong (Mostly the O-line) and he would most likely succeed. I'm more of a believer in building a strong team first with a veteran leader under the helm (Trent Dilfer, Jon Kitna) and then placing a young QB in the fire, rather than throwing him into the mix of a team who is also learning around him.

I hope Carr gets a shot somwhere this year behind a decent O-line.

Personally, I think he is a much better fit in Miami than an ageing Trent Green.

They've been great for a while now, three Super Bowls' worth of great. But only this season have the New England Patriots become The Show, the must-see team of stars, pretty boys and reformed bad boys. Suddenly, the Patriots are not simply great; they're compelling, fascinating, appearing to be almighty and a touch lawless.
The Patriots didn't bother with swagger to start this NFL season; they went straight to defiant. Either you're one of them or you're about to get crushed.

Possibly, but you are right, a OB is only as good as the line in front of him.
