who are your top five guys at RB, QB, and WR that are still playing?
RB: 1.its got to be L.T. 2. cant get over the fact that the steelers were going to draft Larry Johnson. 3.willie parker, he now has speed and strength to make him a top player. 4.shaun alexander 5.i think steven jackson is becoming a great player. QB:(sorry guys, no big ben) 1. PEYTON, he is and will always be the best. 2.tom brady, cant deney the 3 rings. 3. no matter what team he is on, carson palmer is a great QB. 4. marc bulger, great QB 5.Drew Brees he had an amazing season last year. WR:(i would put Chad on here, but this is for non overrated players) 1.Marvin Harrison, need i say more? 2.Torry Holt, two hall of famers in a row?! 3.Hines Ward, if he had speed like marvin he would be #1. 4.Steve Smith, lightning fast and great hands. 5. Larry Fitzgerald, resembles a taller Hines Ward in my eyes. sorry guys if i couldnt think of guys when i making this. some guys that missed the list: ben roethlisberger rudi johnson randy moss, bad team not bad player

Agree with most of your list except Bulger at QB. I would put a healthy McNabb at 5. I would move Brees up to 4.

Pretty good list, although you can guess I hate your number one choice at QB, I'll give him as much as yes, he could be considered the best...

RB:
1. LT 2. LJ 3. Stephen Jackson...he's big which means injuries could be a problem, but if he stays healthy... 4. Willie Parker 5. Frank Gore...just like Willie, he had a great season behind a less than dominant line QB: 1. Peyton Manning. He's a whiner and a prima donna, but he's also perhaps the best to ever play the position. 2. Brett Favre...forget what he's doing now and remember what he did...the ultimate gunslinger 3. Tom Brady. He's a bit whiny, too, but when he's done, he'll probably be remembered as more clutch than even Montana. 4. Palmer. Great QB on a immoral team. 5. Steve McNair...again, based on what he did, not what he's doing. WR: 1. Marvin Harrison 2. Torry Holt 3. Based on talent alone, TO. But I'm sticking Rod Smith here based on his career. 4. Hines Ward...total package, selflessness and toughness gives him the edge over... 5. Punkassed Chad Johnson...if he had Hines Wards head and heart, he'd be better than Jerry Rice. |

top 5 going into this year
rb 1 LT (enough said) 2 LJ (tough as nals runner) 3 stephen jackson (great ll around rb...still love that the cowgirls took julius instead) 4 willie parker (can move up with more consistancy hitting the hole) 5 bryan westbrook ( finally prooved that he can run the ball as well as catch it) qb 1 tom brady (super bowls) 2 peyton manning ( maybe known as the best ever when he's finished) 3 drew brees (dudes just good) 4 carson palmer (hopefully they play the jets so kimo gets his hands on him) 5 donovan mcnabb (when healthy he is dominant) wr 1 marvin harrison (struggles in playoffs tho) 2 steve smith (dominant when healthy 3 chad johnson (a bengal i dont mind cause ike actually steps up when we play them) 4 torry holt (consistant) 5 anquan bolden/hines ward (bolden is the toughes reciever in the league to take down after the ball is in his hands....ward is the toughes in the league period. |
