Yup. It's that way here in Tucson. But I don't have much of a choice about this place.

That's what I hear. I've never been to Arizona but I hear it's pretty bad when it comes to that situation.

If Tucson is anything like Denver, the official language is no longer English, but Spanish.

Hey! Speaking of Philadelphia. The Philadelphia Zoo sent the Pittsburgh Zoo three elephants. Unfortunately one had to be sent back because it tested positive for PCP and heroin.....

You got it. It's still not as bad as San Antonio yet.

Is this is an all-time record?

Philly police investigate 4 homicides in 16 hours
2/1/2008, 8:12 a.m. EST
The Associated Press

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Philadelphia's new police commissioner says 4 homicides in 16 hours show why Mayor Michael Nutter has declared a crime emergency.

Commissioner Charles Ramsey's comment came at the site of a double murder about noon Thursday on a West Philadelphia Street.

Police say a gunman pulled a shotgun, fired at 32-year-old Troy Jennings, of Philadelphia, and 29-year-old Marcellus Johnson, of Yeadon, and fled.

Police are also investigating the shotgun slaying of a pregnant woman in the city's Frankford section earlier Thursday. Her name was not released. Her baby girl is expected to survive after an emergency delivery.

And authorities are seeking a motive for the killing of 21-year-old Robert Overton, of the East Frankford section. He stumbled into a K-Mart store Wednesday evening with multiple gunshot wounds, and died at the scene.

man, i knew things were bad in Philly, but this is way too much

and I used to like philly

when you have 3 murders with shotguns there's something really bad going on

declaring a crime emergency is a start, but something has to be done soon, and it all starts with the man that can do something about it
