Default 75th Anniversary Celebration?
does anybody know what the steelers are doing for their 75th anniversary? specifically with the uniforms? i see that the eagles are wearing patches all season as well as a throwback jersey night. http://www.philadelphiaeagles.com/ho...l.jsp?id=67623

i hate the eagles, but it would be cool to sport throwback uniforms for our 75th anniversary game vs the ravens on espn.

To my understanding we will be celebrating it against the Ravens on Monday night Nov 5th.
There is also this article about the draft party at Heinz Field, it mentions that they will have 75th anniversary merch for sale. I hope that they put the stuff on the website as well.
I am hoping the we a throwback jersey for the Ravens game as well.

I've seen our throwback jerseys. They are ugly. Unless they are just going back to the block numbers, they should let those old throwbacks get thrown back.

Default Steeler Press Conference to announce 75th Anniversary
The Steelers are having a Press Conference Tommorrow (Friday) to let all us Fans know of everything planned for the 75TH Anniversary of the STEEELERS. Not sure of the time. They then will release all the product thats going to be available to purchase. Figure they will be covering all that is scheduled as well as uniform changes for it. Just figured all would want to know!

Hopefully future concerts will be held in the amphitheatre the Rooney's plan on building near Heinz Field. Not exactly sure when that's going to be completed.
