Default Dan Sepulveda - from "Eight Under-the Radar Rookies to Watch"

By Peter Schrager, foxsports.com

"Daniel Sepulveda, Pittsburgh, P

A punter?! Well, this isn't your ordinary punter. Sepulveda was the star of Baylor's football squad the past three years, winning all-conference honors and becoming the first two-time winner of the Ray Guy Award in NCAA history. Maybe best known around the country for this ferocious YouTube clip [you know the one!], Sepulveda's a lefty with an unorthodox knuckleball punt. He's also got something he calls "The Aussie Roll" — a poocher he's been working on for years. I interviewed Sepulveda back in 2005 for a FOXSports.com article on under-the-radar college stars. After a few games booting for the Steelers, the entire nation should know his name. The big boy is that unique."

The Patriots didn't bother with swagger to start this NFL season; they went straight to defiant. Either you're one of them or you're about to get crushed.

Go eat some delicious "chew chomps," Nigel...

Which apparently is an English slag word I made up, according to my friend Dave. I guess it just sounds good with the accent...

The punter is such an underrated position. He (or she is Miller's case) is really a 12th man to the defense. The defensive strategy relies on field position heavily, so if Danny S can pin the ball like they say he can, we're going to improve our PPG from last year. I'm really hoping for an average around 16, which is going to put you in the top 5 almost every year.

This guy has the accolades, let's see if the hype is well deserved.

My roommate has already decided that he is going to groom his son to be a punter straight out of the womb... Not a bad idea considering they can play FOREVER and at the veteran level, by the time he's old enough to play, he'll probably be making 2 or 3 mil a year.

Chew Chomps?

Yup, you made that one up for sure.

Sure punting is a very important aspect - field position can be absolutely key in tight games.

Hopefully I can stay awake long enough (game starts at 1PM here) to see him in action

1 A.M., my good friend, you wouldn't want us to think you are some sort of weird narcoleptic drifter, would you?

Come on, just say it out loud once, "Chew chomps," and tell me you don't squeal with glee...

This is surprising. I never thought I'd see this happen.
