Actually, one of my best friends is named Michael. yes, I call him Mikey. Actually, he is my associate pastor as well... And yes, it is Pastor Mikey!!

However, I do know that he does not like his family to refer to him like that!

HTG, you would have had to heard the segment in which they used it.. it was great... and for head coaches is kind of young... or you could be like me and just call him omar since he looks like omar epps lol

Hey - to each his/her own. Yes - he is young for a HC - same age as Cowher when he took over the reigns, but can you imagine anyone ever calling Bill Cowher - Billy? He would have bit their heads off and shit down the hole.
