I think Kia Vaughn is about to have a can of whupass opened on her by the I-Man's lawyers - never underestiimate the ability of a sympathetic figure to overreach if a gold digger lawyer convinces that person there is some easy money to be made by a shakedown lawsuit.

Oh my good Lord. If anything, she should be paying Imus for making her name known outside the probable circle of about 15 people who actually knew it before this. But it's not surprising. Just like the Coach played this for every undeserved media minute she could *****, the players will milk CBS for whatever their standard settlement is. And CBS has already shown their lack of backbone. They'll pay to make this go away and ignore the much deeper social hypocrisy.

Imus made a stupid comment, lost his job for it, but he did not hurt their chances of getting jobs when they leave college. If anything, he gave them better chances because employers will know who they are.

I think anyone could've seen ths coming a mile away. "Nope, an apology doesn't cut it. Now I want your money for emotional damages, even though it helped me to get noticed." In America, an issue is not resolved without the proverbial lawsuit that gobbles up taxpayers' money and wastes time. If this incident didn't damage her reputation, this lawsuit will.

They'll run Imus into the ground just like poor Mike Richards. This won't be the last lawsuit he sees either. The other Rutgers players will get ideas.

I get embarrassed in my race sometimes. Get some skin and shut up. Blacks call each other ni**as all the time, but it's evil for a non-black person to use Ni**a. And they whine about Black stereotypes. Well then if most black people would stop shooting each other, take up some responsibility, and quit reinforcing these stereotypes, they'll disappear.
