When we got married, we had his and her dogs. This is my stepdog Cali....she is a 10 year old husky-collie mix that my husband got for free out of the back of a pickup truck in Kroger parking lot.

I lost my 11 year old silver mini schnauzer, Libby, last year.....she died peacefully, but suddenly in my arms one night. ( I have to include because her gentle soul will forever live on in my heart......and in a pretty box under the endtable!)

A few months after Libby passed, we acquired Maggie.......a black and silver miniature schanuzer who has brought the youth back into old Cali and the laughter back into our lives......what a clown!! (plus she's a HUGE Steelers fan....we had her shipped all the way from Seahawks country via Delta. When she got to Cinci, she was greatly relieved to find herself with a Steelers family )

Cool pups!! Do they get along well with the pig?

Cali looks like such a sweet soul! I bet she is a real lover and gives lots of kisses!?

Such a great photo of Libby! I'm sure her soul will live with you forever! Just to make you smile!

You have to get a clown chew-toy for Maggie! She wants to cordially say hello, in that pic! Such manners! Great photos!!

My dogs automatically show up in every post.

The avatar is my beagles, Maximus and Stella. They're littermates.

The black and gold dogs belong to my parents. The shaggy yellow one is an SPCA rescue.

Abe. He was born on presidents day and we couldn't think of much else to name him that either one of use liked.

Kinda like naming a kid.

125lbs!!!! Holy shit. I hope Guinness doesn't get that big! He's 45lbs and 6 months old. I think he has at least a couple more months to grow.

I don't want to buy a new crate!
