right here was recording the game in my baseent so couldnt talk while watching it. ive seen three games by hawaii this year two of them went to overtime.

brennan had a couple of mental errors that lead to a couple of picks the other two he was forcing it. on both of them i saw two people running underneath that were open and could of gained jus as much yards after the catch. but the thing you gotta love about brennan is that he jus never gives in. four picks hit on almost every play throws that were affected by the turf, by my count close to 10 drops by the receviers. still when the game is on the line he turns it on and leads his team to victory.

Its only a matter of time before they lose one or two. Had SJ St been any good whatsoever they would have won (akin to the Dallas-Buffalo game last Mon night) and ended another small school dream. They are not the Boise St of 2007.

I enjoyed the game. Brennan had 4 INT, but he also had 500+ yards. And in the NFL, you're not going to be perfect. But you are going to need to come back. And he didn't give up, and neither did the rest of the team. They may not have the toughest schedule, but they have the most heart. And a lot of talent. So i'm happy with the outcome. It builds a stronger team.

And by the way, how come all the "top teams" are losing to unranked teams? I guess playing "nobodies" is not that easy huh?

Parity is prominent this year.

exactly nothing is a given this year. san jose state and louisiana tech are better than applachin state and look what happened when their played michigan.

with the offense that hawaii has there are never out of a game. and the defense may give up a lot of yards put it comes up with timely turnovers (leonard FR to set up tying TD and then newberrys interception in the endzone to end the game). as long as their never give in hawaii can win every 1 of their games.

So long as they stay in the fight, they got it. A big motivation for them is that they get no respect. Grice-Mullen said on the news that they won't get respect untill maybe the last game, so they don't worry too much about the rankings and all that stuff.

I think Brennan has a legit shot to be an excellent QB at the next level especially if he continues to play the way he did in the second half of the SJSU game.. he was amazing in the 4th and OT brilliant.... I hope the steelers get to play a legit team in the BCS so that everyone will know how good brennan is and how much better Hawaii is this year than Boisie State was last year.
