Did anyone hear during cbs broadcast about how they say ben responds better when he is not getting screamed at? Look at bens stats when he threw more then 20 times in a game? This year he has looked great and mature with his decisions throwing the ball. I think Tomlin could be what takes Ben to the next level and makes him a true premier quarterback.

Yep - I heard it (the announcers said Ben stated he responds better when he is not being yelled at - the announcers were repeating his statement, not necessarily agreeing with it)
I also heard Ben in the post-game telling the media what a difference it makes not to run the ball on every down when you have the lead in the second half Ben clearly has some strong dislike for certain actions by prior management - will be interesting to see if he is goaded into providing bulletin board material for Whiz the week of the Arizona game |
