Steelers Vs. 49ers Tailgate?

Where is everyone going before the 49ers game? Looking for lots of black and gold fans to hang out with either at a bar or a local tailgate scene. I can make a mean pot of chili! Go Steelers

You'll find fans everywhere before the game. I went to McFadden's bar after the Bills game. It was a really cool hangout! I am working on getting tickets for the 49ers game.

several people have said to watch for Stlrs4life to post something soon...apparently he does this before every game.... I am also coming for the game...my first Hienz Field experience, and want to find someone to hang out with prior to the game...I did not get a parking pass (staying in a close hotel), but was told this would not be a problem....Now, I just need to find someone/somewhere to go.

I will be there, along with my beautiful girlfriend...doubt we will be there at 8, since I know we will have a late night on Sat and she is not an early bird...but, we will be there later in the morning. Never been before, so just a rule of thumb, how much of a monitary donation is appropriate????

Greetings from a lifelong diehard Steelers fan from Canada. I am coming to my first ever Steelers game this Sunday bringing both my sons. We are staying in a downtown hotel and walking to the game festivities. We want to partake of the tailgate experience but we are newbies. Can we buy food and beer on site? Do we need tickets to get in? What are the rules. Please, won't one of you veterans help out this rookie.

We got the one for the thumb, now lets start on the other hand!

There is no set amount to donate. You don't need tickets. You need to bring your own Alcohol/Drinks. We do not have the capacity to take care of all that sorry. Most people donate like $10/ person. Like I said, we never charge people to come to the tailgate. So I wouldn't know how much to charge. Some donate $$ and don't even eat, they just hang out.
